We are a studio that operates in the construction sector, offering consultancy and design services for a wide range of civil, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and public projects. We collaborate with companies, construction companies, public and private bodies and architecture and engineering firms to tackle the most complex technical challenges. Our approach covers all phases, from the conception of the project to the granting of authorizations, execution and testing of the works. It is a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering studio based in Turin, specialized in the design of innovative and sustainable solutions, customized to meet the specific needs of each project. Founded in 2020 by Davide Scolaro, civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in the sector, together with Andrea Bianco, civil engineer, and Loris Pier Erminio Gianetto, architect, SD2 Engineering represents the natural evolution of Davide’s professional path. This long journey, which began in 2002, has laid solid foundations for creating a multidisciplinary studio capable of tackling projects of any complexity and scale.
In addition to traditional design, SD2 Engineering offers technical consultancy services, seismic vulnerability studies, restoration and conservative rehabilitation.
The ability and experience in managing each phase of the project, from the initial conception to the construction management and final testing, allows the studio to constantly have an overall vision of the entire design and construction process, adopting a proactive approach and method, aimed at guaranteeing solutions that meet customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery times and sustainability.

Here he was able to consolidate and broaden his experience, specializing in the management of complex and multidisciplinary projects. Subsequently, he continued his journey as a freelancer, continuing to be inspired by the examples of his colleagues and mentors, and further enriching his skills and vision.
Today, at the helm of SD2, Davide coordinates teams of professionals engaged in innovative and sustainable projects, both in Italy and internationally. Its approach is distinguished by a combination of advanced technical skills and a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and quality, especially in project management and engineering consultancy, integrating the use of cutting-edge technologies.
