Undertaking a comprehensive endeavor, the project encompassed the construction of a new underground garage beneath the existing terrace, as well as the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the swimming pool. Simultaneously, significant efforts were dedicated to the structural consolidation and reinforcement of retaining walls and stairs. These enhancements mark a significant step forward in bolstering the architectural integrity and functionality of the locale.

Transitioning seamlessly, the new structures, predominantly crafted from reinforced concrete, symbolize a commitment to durability and longevity. Notably, ground reinforcement and excavation supports were meticulously engineered using steel micro piles and tie rods, underscoring a dedication to innovative engineering solutions. Through meticulous planning and execution, this project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the area but also ensures the reliability of the building's foundation, reflecting our dedication to quality construction and lasting value.
