Advancing Operations: Construction of a New Cold Room at Stef Rivalta Plant

Embarking on a transformative initiative, the project entailed constructing a new room spanning approximately 400 square meters within the factory premises, meticulously designed to maintain a controlled internal temperature of -18°C. The endeavor involved a series of systematic steps aimed at enhancing the facility's infrastructure to meet specialized requirements. The process commenced with the demolition and subsequent construction of suspended ceilings and insulated walls, facilitating optimal temperature control within the designated space. Concurrently, industrial concrete floors were demolished to make way for the creation of new insulated floors, ensuring efficiency and durability.

Transitioning seamlessly, meticulous attention was devoted to the installation of mechanical systems, particularly cooling mechanisms, to regulate the internal climate effectively. Simultaneously, comprehensive electrical systems were meticulously integrated to support the operational demands of the new cold room, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability. Through meticulous planning and execution, the construction of this new cold room not only elevates the operational capabilities of the Stef Rivalta plant but also underscores its commitment to innovation and efficiency.
